Shin's Self-Building Exercise Program - Myotherapist

Shin is an experienced Myotherapist and martial artist who is dedicated to helping individuals who may feel uncomfortable with traditional gym exercises or physical activities. With over 10 years of experience in healing through her treatments, she has a deep understanding of her patients' pain. Through her self-building exercise program, Shin aims to guide individuals on their journey to becoming stronger and more resilient, both physically and mentally.

Shin has been actively involved in two types of martial arts—Wing Chun and Karate—for 12 years. Her extensive knowledge in these disciplines informs her approach to movement and exercise, emphasizing the importance of:

  • Mobility: The ability to move freely and easily.

  • Stability: Maintaining control of body position and balance.

  • Balance: The ability to maintain equilibrium during movement.
